Hearts of Romaine Salad

Ingredients
2 heads romaine lettuce hearts
1/4 cup raw sunflower seed kernels
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup crumbled Bleu cheese
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup Ranch dressing
Directions
1) Rinse the lettuce in cold water and cut hearts in half and lay parallel.
2) In another bowl, mix the Sunflower Seeds, Shredded Cheddar Cheese and Grated Romano together. Pour this mixture on top of the lettuce.
3) Drizzle the Ranch Dressing over the salad.
