Loco Moco

Ingredients
2 lbs ground Angus beef
salt and pepper
1 cup flour
1/4 cup corn oil
2 cups beef stock
2 cups cooked rice
4 fried eggs, sunny side up

Directions
Make 4 8oz. burger patties and season with salt and pepper.
In a large cast iron skillet over low heat, heat corn oil
Grill burger patties 7-9 minutes or until well done
Slowly whisk the flour in to the skillet for several minutes and bring to a simmer
Gradually whisk in beef stock and bring to a simmer achieving desired consistency
Season with salt and pepper
Divide rice on to 4 plates
Place grilled burger patties on top of rice, then 1 fried egg on top of patty
Cover with gravy
